You can now exchange crypto, cash and online payments right in Telegram: meet our bot @coins_black_bot. An order takes a couple of minutes in the chat — with the same rates and terms as on the website, and an operator answers your questions.
What the bot can do
- Exchange in a dialog. The bot asks step by step what you send and what you receive, the amount and your details — and creates an order on coins.black. Rates, limits and terms are the same as on the website.
- All website directions — crypto and stablecoins, banks, cards, payment systems, cash in cities. Pick a currency with category buttons or just type its name: “USDT TRC20”, “Wise”, “cash USD”.
- Payment details in the chat. If the payment address is issued automatically, the bot sends it right away (with a Memo / Tag when one is required). If the details are issued by an operator, they will send them to the same chat.
- Order status updates. Payment received, under review, exchange completed — notifications come to the chat.
- “My orders” — your recent orders made via Telegram: open, mark as paid or cancel.
- Chat with an operator. Just write to the bot — an operator gets your message and the reply comes to the same chat. Screenshots, photos and files such as payment receipts are welcome.
- The website inside Telegram. The “Open” button next to the message field opens coins.black right in Telegram, in its mobile version, without switching to a browser. Orders placed there also appear in “My orders”, and their status updates come to the chat.
- English and Russian — switch in the menu or with the /language command.
Getting started
- Open @coins_black_bot and tap “Start”.
- Tap “💱 Exchange” — or ask an operator first by simply typing your question in the chat.
How to place an order
- You send. Choose a currency with a button or type its name.
- You receive. Choose what you want to get. For cash exchanges the bot asks for the city.
- Amount. The bot shows the rate and limits. You can enter the amount in the currency you send or in the one you receive.
- Details. Enter the wallet, card or account to receive funds and, if the direction requires it, your contact details. The bot shows the expected format.
- Review. Check the summary, fix the amount or details if needed and tap “✅ Create order”.
- Payment. Pay within 30 minutes using the details provided. If the payment is tracked automatically, the bot will let you know when it arrives; otherwise tap “✅ I have paid” after paying.
- Done. Status updates come to the chat. You can always open the order on the website with “🔗 Open order”.

Safety. Our exchange bot is only @coins_black_bot; it is linked in the website header and footer (“Exchange in Telegram”). Every deal in the bot is a numbered order on coins.black — just like on the website. Do not send funds to payment details received in private messages from accounts that look like ours.
